Recommend a journal or a book to the Biology Library

The Library of Science welcomes recommendations for books, journals, and other resources. Please note that materials will primarily be acquired in electronic format.

Provide details of the item you would like the library to buy.
Give the title of the journal and if possible its ISSN (International Standard Serial Number).
Give the author/editor, title, publisher, year of publication, and if possible, the ISBN (International Standard Book Number) of the book.
If the book only is available in printed format, and we choose to acquire it, would you like to request it?
If the book cannot be purchased, would you like us to order it via interlibrary loan?

This means that we will try to acquire the book, journal, or other material you have suggested as an e-book, e-journal, or other electronic version of the resource if we find that it is relevant to our collections.
